Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services provided by Reno Vision ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our digital renovation visualisation services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Reno Vision provides digital renovation visualisation services, including the creation of realistic 3D renders and design concepts for residential and commercial properties. Our services are provided based on information and images supplied by the client.
All renders and design concepts produced by Reno Vision are artistic interpretations and not architectural drawings, engineering plans, or construction specifications. They are intended as visual guides only.
2. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be submitted through our official contact form or approved communication channels. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged your submission and agreed on the scope of work.
- The standard base rate is $99 AUD per image, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
- Pricing for larger or complex projects may vary and will be confirmed prior to commencement.
- Payment is due upon delivery of the completed renders, unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed.
- We accept payment via bank transfer or approved online payment methods.
3. Revisions
Reno Vision offers unlimited revisions at no additional cost, provided revisions fall within the original scope of the agreed project. A revision is defined as a reasonable adjustment to an existing design concept.
Requests that significantly alter the original brief, add new rooms or spaces, or require substantially new artwork may be treated as a new order at our discretion.
4. Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver completed renders by the end of the next business day following order confirmation. This timeframe is a target and not a guaranteed deadline. Delays may occur due to project complexity, volume of requests, or incomplete information provided by the client.
We will communicate any delays as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and high-quality results, clients are responsible for:
- Providing clear, high-resolution photographs of the space to be renovated.
- Supplying reference images, material samples, or specifications where applicable.
- Providing accurate details regarding desired design changes.
- Responding to queries from our team in a timely manner.
Reno Vision is not responsible for inaccuracies in the final render arising from incomplete, unclear, or misleading information provided by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Reno Vision grants the client a non-exclusive licence to use the completed renders for personal, business, or property marketing purposes.
Reno Vision retains the right to use completed renders as portfolio samples or for marketing purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to commencement of the project.
Clients must not resell, sublicence, or distribute our renders to third parties without prior written consent from Reno Vision.
7. Accuracy of Renders
Our renders are artistic and conceptual in nature. They are designed to help clients visualise renovation possibilities and are not guarantees of any specific outcome. Actual results after physical renovation may differ from the digital concepts produced.
Reno Vision does not warrant that materials, products, or finishes depicted in renders are available, suitable, or within any specific price range.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reno Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or renders.
Our total liability to any client in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific order.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before work has commenced without charge. Once work has begun, cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available once a completed render has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the issue through our unlimited revisions policy.
10. Privacy
Reno Vision handles all client information and submitted photographs in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services.

11. Changes to These Terms
Reno Vision reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
